What counts as "one defined operation"?
A defined operation is a single work activity or location — for example, your concrete forming crew, your warehouse receiving operation, or your maintenance department. If you have multiple distinct operations, each requires a separate engagement.
What types of documents can be reviewed?
Written safety programs, hazard assessments, training records, inspection logs, equipment maintenance records, and similar compliance documentation. Documents must be provided in PDF or common office formats.
How long does the review take?
Typically 5–10 business days from receipt of all documents, depending on volume and complexity. You will receive a timeline confirmation after purchase.
Does this include legal advice?
No. This is a safety compliance review, not legal counsel. Richard Stone is an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer and former OSHA CSHO, not an attorney. For legal advice, consult a qualified attorney.
